We source from our neighbors to keep you and our Planet Happy & Healthy

Our offerings are only as good as our ingredients. We bow to our neighbors, the farmers, who are dedicated to the wellbeing of our community and tend to soil & animals daily.

Teton Full CIrcle Farm

Our goal is to offer the highest quality organic vegetables, flowers, and plant starts in Jackson Hole and Teton Valley through Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, local Farmers Markets, and wholesale customers.

We believe that we have a duty to act in partnership with the plants, animals, and soil of the land we farm. As members of our ecological community, we choose to follow biodynamic and organic farming practices with a focus on building soil life and fertility each year.

cosmic Apple Gardens

Cosmic Apple Gardens is a 30 acre farm in Victor, ID. We are at the base of the Teton Mountain range in Teton County. We are able to walk (a long walk!) from the farm all the way to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Park without crossing a road.  Our irrigation water is gravity fed from snow melt out of the Tetons. Our water source is incredibly pure and we know it makes all the difference in the flavor of our produce!

Sweet Hollow Farm

Sweet Hollow is a locally-owned, 2-acre, diversified organic farm located in Mountainside Village in Victor, Idaho. They serve the Teton Valley community through our CSA, farm stand, and the farmer's market. Our top priority is to grow the highest quality vegetables for our community while stewarding the land they farm. Come on down to the farm and see what they’re up to.

Winter Winds Farm

All of our cheese are made by hand in small batches.  They vary with the seasons as our goats' diet changes, varying the fat and protein content of the milk.  We only offer fresh soft cheese in the summer and fall when we are milking the goats.

OUR SPECIALTY

Sourdough Pizza

DSC04348.jpg
Sourdough is a slow food. If you think about it, the dough is alive and dealing with that requires so much care and attention. I really enjoy the process. It’s a job, but it’s also a meditative process.
— Blaine Gallivan, Owner & Head Baker

Our Sourdough

In Season’s bread and pizza doughs are one hundred percent organic and naturally leavened. Crafted with no sweeteners or oils, our doughs contain only organic flour, fresh Teton water and our own live yeast culture.

Using live instead of dried yeast allows the bread to remain fresh much longer than factory baked bread while it also does not require preservatives to ward off mold. Similar to fermented foods such as sauerkraut and kombucha, our bread is fermented by using lactobacillus cultures, a probiotic beneficial to the gut. The lactic acid produced from these cultures helps decrease the levels of phytic acid (which is the leading cause for gluten intolerance) and in turn allows other nutrients to become more readily available and absorbable. Fermentation is the most efficient source of nutrient rich foods full of enzymes and probiotics yet has decreased with the advances of technology and processed food preparation.
